Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Trial Attorney position located in North Dallas, Texas. The Senior Trial Attorney must have at least 10 years of experience, and will handle all aspects of case management, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing for and attending hearings, trials, and depositions. The role involves direct interaction with clients, experts, overseeing case strategy, and advocating in court to represent clients in medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. The attorney will collaborate with the firm's legal team to deliver exceptional results and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of expertise in medical malpractice trial law
  • Proven experience with Plaintiff's-side depositions of physicians; must provide transcripts

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Description
Texas based Plaintiffs’ personal injury and medical malpractice law firm is looking for a full-time content writer for the firm's website and online presence. The ideal candidate must have experience researching and creating informative, readable, and at times, medical, website content.

Must complete writing projects, meet deadlines, research topics, proofread content for style, clarity, readability, SEO, and grammar. Writing samples of previous work experience is required prior to an interview.

The candidate will need to create high-quality content to be used on our Law Firm’s website. These pages will be targeted towards the law firm’s birth injury, medical negligence, construction/worksite injury, and commercial vehicle accident practices. *Content NOT limited to word count.

The primary focus will be on the medical negligence and birth injury practice areas with an emphasis on high level medical topics to highlight the firm’s knowledge and expertise throughout the United States.

*This is a full time, in-house, position working exclusively for the firm. We are not looking to be a part of an existing freelance client list.

Prior law firm content writing experience a plus, but not required. Compensation will be competitive and based upon skill and experience.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for creating informative, readable, and engaging content that meets the standards and requirements of our Law Firm. This position requires collaboration with our online content management team to help produce highly informative content. As a Web Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing additional content, editing, topic research, and improving existing content. - *Ai generated content is not permitted.
