Nurse Liaison
Role Description
Our top nationally recognized Medical Malpractice/Plaintiff's law firm seeks a Nurse Liaison to facilitate patient care and treatment plans. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable nurse for a full-time, on-site position at our Dallas, TX office. The Nurse Liaison will be responsible for communicating with clients and providing administrative support to assist in the patient’s treatment and care process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals and our team members.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into the database.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams and clients in a professional setting
- Prior experience in medical malpractice, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with medical records, and legal processes is highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish to English.
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
Job Duties
- Conduct follow up calls to clients and track patients’ treatment.
- Schedule patient care and treatment as needed, including travel when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into the database.
- Write clear and concise reports based on potential client interactions and findings.
- File and organize client records in accordance with company policies.
- Answering occasional calls as back-up for the intake team.

- At least 10 years of expertise in medical malpractice trial law
- Proven experience with Plaintiff's-side depositions of physicians; must provide transcripts

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
